The Boat House, clad in board and batten siding, is based on the Carpenter’s gothic style.  The greeting houses of Willowsford serve as information and networking centers for home buyers seeking to build a new home in the development. These are marketing centers but, as with the entire Willowsford project, these centers seek to provide an array of choice for the home buyer, limited only by the design guidelines of the Willowsford development.
