Rust|Orling provided the design concept which DCS Design thoughtfully executed through construction. We balanced the design requirements of the Old Town North Review Board with the tricky program criteria of an urban grocery store topped with 175 luxury rental units. This building has an urban feel and manages to maintain the historical charm of Old Town.
