Right in the heart of Washington D.C., The Gloriana shines as a group of eight luxurious townhomes. Completed in 2021, these homes offer its residents a modern living feel while being blocks away from the National Mall. ROA took Arcadia Design's beautiful concept, assisted the developers with garnering approval from the ARB and produced the construction documents to make their vision a reality. A former Washington football player was one of the investors in the project!
