The Bradley

Project Details:

The Bradley is a 10-story apartment building constructed near the Braddock Rd. Metro station in Alexandria, VA. This boomerang-shaped building takes full advantage of its scant 1 acre, trading street-frontage for a creative footprint that maximizes its density. ROA and the design team skillfully incorporated ample underground parking into the challenging site conditions including onerous new utility requirements and an enormous stormwater tank which services a large portion of the surrounding area. Nearly 10 years after its completion, The Bradley stands tall delineating the Old Town historic district and the eclectic charm of Del Ray.
