In 2008, ROA's multi-talented architects designed a custom addition/renovation for this Arlington, VA-based professional musician and his wife. He wanted a place for all his instruments. She wanted a generous kitchen space for cooking and entertaining. We delivered on both requests by maximizing the buildable area of their lot while remaining unobtrusive in the neighborhood. This residence is a great example of the breadth of ROA's design expertise.
