The Hilton Garden Inn is a boutique hotel built on an rregular, triangular site approximately 1/4 mile from the King Street Metro Station in Alexandria, Virginia. Dictated by the site, the hotel has a triangular shape with a 5 story wing along Prince Street and a 6 story wing along Daingerfield Road. The façade incorporates contemporary brickwork based on details found in Old Town Alexandria, fiber cement rain screen and glass. The hotel provides meeting space, a sundeck and green roof terrace as well as other amenities. This project has achieved LEED Silver certification.
