Franklin Capital Group

Alexandria, VA

Project Details:

The design challenge was to meet the Client’s desire for a traditional Old Town Alexandria office nestled within an industrialized aesthetic with a tremendous 15' height between floor and roof. ROA used a perforated metal panel ceiling with sound insulation to provide sound control equal to or surpassing that of a conventional acoustical ceiling. Simplified details were employed to create a visually refined blend of traditional and industrial aesthetics.
