Project Details:

This building was a new modular construction of 100 unit residential condominium, fitness room, ski locker and ski-out services, and two retail stores. ROA and its consultants provided the full complement of services including: architectural design, structural design, mechanical/electrical/plumbing design, interior design, furniture & artwork procurement, and construction administration. The Client's goals hinged on a fast track timeline, so the project was designed using modular units which were shop-built in Roanoke, Virginia and then shipped to Snowshoe. The innovative modular construction process made it possible to become the first building to open during the same ski season that construction began. The project became the first condominium building for Intrawest Properties to sell out in one weekend.
