Project Details:
Eisenhower Pointe, a new townhome community from nationally renowned developer Tri Pointe Homes is moving toward completion in 2024. We started guiding this project at the beginning of the complex City of Alexandria entitlement process and continue with it today, during construction. Eisenhower Pointe replaces a huge unused parking lot and expands affordable luxury housing options in the West End of Alexandria (mere feet from the Van Dorn Metro station).
