In another collaboration with Tri Pointe Homes, we present to you Del Ray Corner at Oakville! These townhomes feature wrap-around bay windows, expensive-looking details, and a seemingly endless variety of layouts and façades. As part of the City's Oakville Triangle & Route 1 Corridor Vision Plan, some of these homes incorporate porches which encourage residents to connect with one another and their community. This development serves as a transition piece, using its massing to connect Del Ray's single-family homes to Route 1's multi-family buildings.
