Mary joined ROA in 2018. She grew up in the world of Alexandria construction so her interest in the field of architecture comes naturally! Mary spent the first 17 years of her professional career as a paralegal for various attorneys practicing estate planning/administration, criminal defense, bankruptcy, and contract law. Subsequent opportunities to utilize her strengths with numbers, organization, ability to read and write dry formal texts, and manage people eventually led to office administration. Today, Mary serves as ROA’s factotum, helping everything run smoothly by handling its contracts, accounting, payroll, human resources, building maintenance, marketing, technology, and customer service functions. When she’s not working, Mary enjoys reading novels and completing jigsaw puzzles – without the picture.
